Most of us know that it is recommended to consume eight cups of water per day. However, pure water isn’t what I, and many others, drink throughout a day. I like to mix it up with flavored water, energy drinks when a deadline is approaching, sodas, and those wellness beverages that are flaunted at the gym. In short, there is choice. With choice comes decisions. I want to help you avoid quenching your thirst with a beverage that is overpriced, poorly flavored, or just downright vile.
